The five tools
next_leads | {icp_text, n} or {icp_id, n}: the next n leads by global rank (default 10), with the five answers and receipts. The same ICP text always gives the same icp_id. |
|---|---|
archive_leads | {lead_ids}: move leads you are done with to the archive. They keep their rank and never come back. |
suppress_contacted | {items: [{domain and/or email, source}]}: who you already contacted. source is csv, manual or agent:<tool>. Up to 100 items a call. |
list_suppressions | What is on your suppression list, with source and time. |
export_csv | {icp_id}: the archive as CSV: rank, company, domain, who name, title, email, status, why quotes, when event, how step 1, receipts URL. |
The dedupe routine
Before each run, pull the list of companies and people you have already contacted from wherever you track outreach (HubSpot, Attio, a Google Sheet, Instantly, Smartlead) and call suppress_contacted with them; ToMarket skips them and refills the ten.
- Read your trackerRead your outreach tracker with the tool you already have for it. For each company you contacted, take its website domain; for each person, take the address you wrote to.
- Tell ToMarket who you contactedCall
suppress_contactedwith those, 100 at a time, each tagged with where it came from, for example{"domain": "example.com", "source": "agent:hubspot"}. Calling it again with the same items changes nothing. - Ask for the next tenCall
next_leadswith your ICP. A company on your list is skipped and the next one in rank takes its place, so you still get ten. - Archive what you workedWhen you have worked a lead, call
archive_leadswith itslead_id. Runnext_leadsagain for the next ranks: you work your way down one list per ICP, and nothing is served twice.
ToMarket never connects to a CRM itself. It only knows what your agent tells it.
No agent? Upload who you already contacted
Sign in to upload a CSV or paste a list of domains and addresses. It does what the routine above does: those companies are skipped and the ten refill.
ToMarket finds and ranks. It never sends anything to anyone. Drafts stay drafts.
